At last, Toughees are here in the UK and offer an alternative, quality, classic school and work shoe which are also fantastic value for money.  Manufactured in South Africa since 1954 Toughees are the shoe of choice for over four million South African children each year.

Toughees shoes have a non polish leather upper - simply wipe clean with a damp cloth.  Toughees remain shiny and smart, just how school shoes should look.  Certain styles are podiatrist approved by the South African Podiatry Association, for being a wider fit and providing more flexibility, therefore encouraging strong foot development.  Look out for the blue SAPA symbol, which indicates that the style is approved.
