By submitting your order and payment, you are agreeing the terms set out below.

Ordering

Please choose your shoe style and size carefully. Any returns and exchanges may incur a cost. We want you to be happy with your order, so please get in touch if you need any help choosing your childs new shoes.

Delivery

As described in on our shippings page, due the the size of the package, you may be required to accept your delivery from the postman. Although most orders are delivered within 5 working days, we cannot gaurantee a specific delivery date or time. Therefore if you are concerned you will not be available to accept your delivery, please state an alternative delivery address, eg your place of work, where someone will be from Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.  If you fail to accept the delivery, either at the delivery address, or by collecting from the return depot, your order may be returned to us and a re-delivery fee of £4.99 may be applied.

Returns

Under the conditions set out by the Distant Selling Regulations, governed by the office of fair trading, you have up to 7 working days from date of delivery to return an item that you decide not to keep. This agreement excludes personalised goods or goods made to a consumer's specification and goods that cannot, by their nature, be returned.

In the event of needing to return an order for any reason, please email us first for a returns authorisation.

All returns must recieved 'as new' and un-warn with all original packaging.

You are responsible for the return shipping. We suggest you use a method of postage that offers you proof of delivery and ensure your return parcel is suitably packaged to avoid any risk of damage whilst in transit.

Exchanges

In the event of an exchange being required, please be aware that a re-delivery and packaging charge of £2.99 may be payable. Therefore, we suggest you do all you can to ensure you are ordering the appropriate size and required shoe.
