Deliveries 

All our prices include UK mainland delivery! Delivery will usually be with Royal Mail.

Please note that due to the size of the packaging, you may have to be available to accept the parcel from your postman.

As we cannot gaurantee a specific delivery date or time, if you are concerned you will not be able to accept delivery, you may want to consider specifying an alternative delivery address.

In the rare event where a delivery cannot be made, your parcel will be taken to your local depot and stored for 5 days. After this time, it will be returned to us. In this event, as we have to pay to re-post the order, a £2.99 re-delivery charge may be implied.

To avoid any delay or further expense, please look out for any card left by the delivery person advising you on where to collect your order from.

If you have not received your order within 5 working days, please contact us so we can confirm the order has been posted, and if possible, track it.  

Out of Stock

If your shoes are out of stock, you will be informed of a due delivery date within 48 hours of your purchase.  Our normal delivery time of 5 working days, means that out of stock products should be a rare occurrence.

However in times of high demand, you may need to wait a little longer.  We hope this would usually be only up to two weeks and of course you will be informed within 48 hours. 

If you need your shoes urgently, we will do all we can to help.  Please include your required delivery date in the comments with your purchase, and you will be contacted with confirmation of the additional cost for express delivery.

Returns

Under the conditions set out by the Office of Fair Trading, you have up to 7 working days from date of delivery to return an item that you decide not to keep. This agreement excludes personalised goods or goods made to a consumer's specification and goods that cannot, by their nature, be returned.

In the event of needing to return an order for any reason, please email us first to let us know to expect the return and for you to obtain a returns authorisation.

All returns must recieved 'as new' and un-worn with all original packaging.

You are responsible for the return shipping. We suggest you use a method of postage that offers you proof of delivery and ensure your return parcel is suitably packaged to avoid any risk of damage whilst in transit.

Exchanges

In the event of an exchange being required, please be aware that a re-delivery and packaging charge of £2.99 may be payable. Therefore, we suggest you do all you can to ensure you are ordering the appropriate size and required shoe.  Please use our sizing guide on the web-site, alternatively you can visit a local stockist, listed on our stockists page.
